Subscription Purchase Goods

Thank you for your interest in our cake mail boxes.

By subscribing to Kake Kwerk you represent and warrant that:

  • You are aged 18 or over and able to carry out this arrangement.

  • By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription is subject to the initial payment.

  • Cake flavours will rotate ensuring you have different flavours a month.

  • Subscriptions to Kake Kwerk are not transferable and cannot be sold or traded.

  • We will ship your box as soon as possible after payment has been debited, but no later than 2 days after this date.



  • Boxes can only be delivered to addresses within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, 

  • We currently ship our boxes to you by Royal Mail. Please note that delivery times within the UK are typically within 48 hours of the date of posting but this may vary due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Royal Mail’s delivery service.

  • Kake Kwerk will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of boxes. It is the responsibility of the customer to report any lost boxes to the Royal Mail and us within 3 days of your expected delivery date.

  • Should you change your address, it is your responsibility to update your address details via email kakekwerk@gmail.com. We will not be liable for any boxes sent to the wrong address.

Cancellation of subscription

Due to the nature of our business and pre-ordering of premium ingredients, all sales are final and refunds can not be made.


Due to the detailed timely handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges and all products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our care.


We only give refunds in accordance with our refund policies stated below:

  • Cake flavour and texture is subjective therefore refunds requested due to flavour or texture will not be honoured.

  • You may qualify for a percentage of a credit refund if the product is brought back and the quality of the cake texture is determined not to meet our standards.

  • Cakes must be brought back to us within 24 hours of being in your care. Please call us promptly to let us know of the issue.

  • Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Kake Kwerk.

  • Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for cakes that have already been completely eaten.

  • Credit percentage is based on how quickly the cake is returned, how much has been consumed and what we determine the quality to be.

  • Credit will not be issued to customers who do not contact us within 48 hours.

  • Please note all refunds will be given as a store credit. No cash/money refunds will be given.


Cancellations need to be made 7 days before the cake due date and 75% of full payment will be refunded in credit to be used within 3 months from that date, the other 25% is retained by Kake Kwerk as a cancellation fee.  Changes to orders are accepted  96 hours (4 days) prior to the due date. We provide no cash refunds regardless of fee or circumstances.


Every order is hand-made and decorative finishes are done by hand subjective to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for an exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.

 All orders are subject to these policies listed above.

• Payment processors for secure credit card payment transaction.

• Email service providers to send you emails pertaining to your booking. Such providers may send emails of a marketing nature if you have agreed to receive such newsletters and will track some performance indicators, such as open and click rates.

• Our business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors, for the performance of any contract we enter into with them. We may also share your data with analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement of our website.

•  We won’t ever sell your data or provide access to it to any third parties for marketing purposes.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, considering the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the personal information. We implement a variety of security measures when a user makes a purchase, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you,  Kale Kwerk will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.
